Over 35 years as an entrepreneur, investor and business executive. Mr. Cheng established Lead Innovation business and investment platform in China in 1992 and began investing in real estate developments since 1997. This was followed by investments in the education sector in 2003, furniture design and manufacturing in 2005 and hospitality and catering in 2010. All businesses are operational today. He is a major shareholder of Zhongshan Lead Innovation Development, Zhongshan Good Life Design, Yasi City View Design Co., Ltd. (CIAA Singapore), Zhongshan Junhao International Hotel, and Casa Pepe Restaurant Chain. He is also a major investor in the Zhongshan Pingdong Club Real Estate Development, and Zhongshan Jizhong Sanxin Bilingual International School. Mr. Cheng serves as the President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Macau and he is the Executive Director for Greater China of The Sun Yat Sen Center Foundation. Mr. Cheng was born in Zhongshan, China and grew up in Costa Rica and Canada. He is a graduate of Cambridge College. He is fluent in Chinese, Spanish and English.

Over 35-year of experience in business, technology, investment, and counsel to significant business entities throughout the world including United States, Europe, The Middle East, Asia, South America and Africa. Mr. Taub experience includes formation, operation and management of private and public companies including mergers and acquisitions, project financing in the fields of biotechnology, energy, environmental and hospitality industry including but not limited to hotels and restaurants. He acted as Court appointed Trustee for hotels in the process of reorganization under the supervision of the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Taub has been involved in environmental related projects for over a decade and in specifically, he organized the first hydroelectric plant in the State of Vermont which was integrated into the electric grid where it provided excess electricity to that grid. Mr. Taub is the Founder and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Inc., a public company involved in stem cell research and trading on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Cruiser Capital Offshore Fund, an asset management fund. He was Professor in the graduate Business School of Long Island University and supervised the Master’s Degree program, entitled the “Business Game”. He has taught business and law in several universities, including a course in syndication at New York University, Real Estate Institute. Mr. Taub was engaged by the New York Stock Exchange, Market Surveillance Department to design and teach a program for the detection of possible market fraud through the analysis of trading anomalies detected by the New York Stock Exchange’s integrated technology system. He is a graduate of the City University of the City of New York and holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Brooklyn Law School, City of New York.

Mr Ung brings over 20 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience, in several industries across the Americas, developing various startups resulting in Equipos PTY Group, a diversified conglomerate of major companies in such areas as construction, industrial equipment, chemicals, logistics and energy. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Equipos PTY Group, whilst being a recognized scholar in private education in Panama, with research and teaching focused in finance, administration and operations. Mr Ung holds an Bsc in Electromechanical Engineering, from UTP (Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá) a MEd, MEM and a MBA from University of Louisville, and a Masters in Finance from Universidad de Chile . He is also an active Rotary member and philanthropist.

Over 20 years of experience in development, financing and marketing of high-end and luxury projects worldwide including in the USA, Turkey, South America and the CIS countries. He holds strong relationship with Peru and Bolivia for specifically healthcare projects. He is also President of New York based GD3 Real Estate Inc, Mr. Kanver is an accomplished business professional and architect. Mr. Kanver also represents companies from Turkey for their North and South America and China initiatives. Through his company GD3, Mr. Kanver is also the founder of REDinNYC (Real Estate Development) in New York, one of New York City’s most respected real estate professional networking organizations. His clients consists of Acibadem, NEF, Rixos, and Tabanlioglu and a number of high end family offices. Mr. Kanver also works with CNY, NY based construction firm for the Turken Foundation Yurt Evi. He holds Degrees in Architecture, Associate AIA, University of Houston and a Master's in Business Administration, University of Houston.
