Our tourism and hospitality business has been an important growth area for the group. In the past we invested and outsourced management to well known branded operators. In recent years we have taken a much more hands on approach.

We have established a number of partnerships with tourism resorts and operators across Southern China and continue to actively pursue opportunities to expand our portfolio.

We have developed and curated our hotel management capabilities, experience and team into Nobel Hotels Management Group. We currently own and operate 15 hotels, 5 own branded and 10 under the Savile Brand across Southern China. We formed a joint venture (under development) with Savile Hotel Group and is signing with 4,200 hotels to establish a hospitality platform.

Our real estate businesses cover the full supply chain from land acquisition to design, construction, and management. Our real estate focus has began to shift from development to management with particular focus on the hospitality industry. We currently hold 22 plots of land suitable for the development of hotels and resorts.

China National Machinery Industry Corporation Ltd (Sinomach) is an important Level 1 State-owned backbone enterprise (SOE) directly managed by the central government. Lead Innovation through it’s majority owned subsidiary Lead Innovation CACSI (HK) operates on domestic and overseas projects of large scale basis with the full capability of China Automation System Engineering Co., Ltd. and China National Machinery Industry Group Co., Ltd. (SINOMACH).

Education has been a cornerstone of the group's history and development. Early on we partnered with local governments in Guangdong and Guizhou Provinces to build schools. We have built a total 9 schools and are active in promoting charitable causes related to education and children. We built and run the SanXin Bilingual School, a reputable and famous comprehensive school in Zhongshan. The school grounds cover 600 mu with a total area of 38,322 sqm of facilities. After 19 years we are now the largest school group in Zhongshan area covering all ages from kindergarten to high school.

We have a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry ranging from branding, distribution and manufacturing. We currently own and operate a number of Rice Wine and Baijiu distillers in China and are the largest distributor for Remy Martin in Southern China and Macau. We distribute all our brands to our hotels and resorts and sell domestically and internationally through our trading platform.

In 2020 we established a Joint Venture with one of the largest online international trade service companies EIFS to provide a one stop shop for exporters. EIFS brings under one roof financing providers, insurance companies, export management service providers, quality assurance services and logistics companies to facilitate and accelerate the export and customs process in China.

Our manufacturing operations include a high end luxury furniture, stone masonry for decorative walls and a packaging facility. We sell and distribute furniture to high-end offices, premium homes and hotels across China and South East Asia.

Our packaging manufacturer sells cardboard based packaging supplies to breweries, distillers, food manufacturers and FMCG producers as well as more packaging for more specialized industrial purposes.
